what does the yankee fan do?

do they root for bellamy road in the derby and hope that it mellows out the boss or do they hope that the horse lays and egg and that steinbrenner goes ballistic and starts firing everybody? if things keep going as they have been, a steinbrenner meltdown could be highlight of the season. at this point i'd love to see the boss put k. brown's head on a stake outside of the clubhouse to send a message or maybe just start randomly firing some coaches or something. bringing robinson cano and that d-bag henn up from aa isn't quite getting the job done. i guess i haven't given up hope yet, but i feel sort of like i did with the u.s. basketball team, where i kept thinking that they would eventually get it done. of course they didn't. brutal. f manu ginobli and the argentianians, f the sawx, f boston and f kevin brown. f 'em all.
