TALLAHASSEE - Florida State quarterback Wyatt Sexton,who was expected to start the Seminoles' season openerSept. 5 against Miami, has been suspended by the teamindefinitely.

According to a Tallahassee Police report, people in Sexton's neighborhood called Monday to complain that Sexton was acting strangely and had jumped on a car and was possibly injured, was lying on the street doing pushups, and was yelling at people who arrived home. He was not wearing a shirt or shoes and his shorts were wet. When asked by an officer what his name was, he eventually responded that he was "God". He yelled at the officer and was later sprayed with pepper spray. He was restrained by officers and taken to the hospital. The officer said Sexton appeared to be under the influence of some unknown narcotic or alcohol.
