remember hogzilla?

of course you do. did you watch a team of pig scientists dig up its corpse last night on national geographic? of course you did. than you know that the mighty hogzilla was a little shorter than the claims of the hillbillies who found it. instead of 12 feet and 1,000 pounds, it was around 8 feet and only 800 pounds. still, it was a great night of television. the best part was that the good folks at national geographic kept menacingly hinting that a race of gigantic boars could be taking over the world over the next few years, so that's something to look forward to. regardless, pigs are certainly my new favorite animal (boars as well). did you know that even a lifelong farm-pig will revert to wild boar status after being off the farm for only a couple of weeks? no other animal goes as hard core as quickly as the pig and no other animal is quite as delish. here's to the pigs.
