After doing some reading head butting and groin kicking are very common in soccer. I guess they do not like to use their hands for anything in soccer. You usually do not get caught by the Refs. Not that makes what he did right. The new system of communication between the refs seems to work. Congrats to the Azzuri. I was very happy for our boy Nicky of Mezzigiorno Fame, he was shaking with excitement after they one. He also treated us like royalty.
