sorry for the lack of action on the blizzy of late, but i had jury duty last week and let me tell you it was only incredible. i read, napped, ate at the "excellent dumpling house" two days in a row, learned a little about lupus/medical malpractice/steroids, made calls on the cellie, played a-game's game boy and took lots of smoke breaks. it was like a vacation. i can't wait until i go again. the highlight was when one of the lawyers in the medical malpractice case asked this one potential juror if she had a problem with members of the medical professsion and she answered (in a heavy chinese accent), "i work in a gift shop in chinatown and i love my job". she was pretty much excused on the spot. anyway fredeeky is back and throw some comments out there to let me know that you missed me.
