before the nba champion detroit pitsons visited the white house, forward rasheed wallace was quoted as saying:

“I don't have (expletive) to say to him,” Rasheed Wallace told the Detroit Free-Press. “I didn't vote for him. It's just something we have to do.”

then at the ceremony:
Bush grabbed Rasheed's daughter from mother Fatima Wallace, handed her to the Pistons forward, gave him a long look and shook his hand longer than he did most. Rasheed Wallace had said he wouldn't have anything to say to Bush once the two met because Wallace didn't vote for him.
