Texas Tech's first ever victory over Nebraska was the worst loss in the team's history.

Red Raider quarterback Sonny Cumbie threw for 436 yards and five touchdowns for Tech (4-2, 2-1 Big 12), who defeated Nebraska (3-2, 1-1) by a score of 70-10.

why do i care you may ask? cause i love big 12 football that's why. that and i did a story on texas tech's high powered offense and now feel prophetic.
