rumsfeld says there is no link between hussein and bin laden then later says he was misunderstood. how can he be misunderstood when he speaks so clearly:
"I have seen the answer to that question migrate in the intelligence community over a period of a year in the most amazing way."

maybe our problems weren't just the efficiency of our troops, maybe we didn't have enough troops, maybe the post-war planning was total crap.
