playoff baseball...

first place yankees. nice job by gay-rod, jeter and the iron shef. i have to admit to not believing at certain points last night, but they proved me wrong. i give mariano a free pass and i thought gordon didn't pitch too bad, but for christsakes can posada block a pitch? when sturtze took the mound i was certainly not confident, but he pitched pretty well aside from the bomb he gave up to hunter. anyway the 12th inning was typical yankee postseason magic and it never gets old. wish i was at the stadium.
